About Taizhou Huangyan Jinsu Mould Co. Ltd Taizhou Huangyan Jinsu Molds Co. Ltd is located in Huangyan, Zhejiang-----the Land of Molds & Dies of China. Since its foundation in 1993, Jinsu has been continuously devoting itself to designing and manufacturing of various molds for plastic pipes,auto parts, home appliances and daily commodities. It has been ISO9001：2000 approved. There are 120 employees at Jinsu, of which 22 with college education background. Among the employees, there are 1 senior engineer, 5 engineers and 4 assistant engineers.
Our Production
Jinsu puts emphasis on importing state-of-the-art high-tech equipments. We applies standard heat treatment process and Germany high-speed CNC lathes to process mold cores and also use large-size CNC lathes to manufacture and process mold cavities; Designers equipped with CAD/CAM/CAE series software ensures to provide our customers with premium molds and sound technologies supporting.
Our Management System
Synchronous mechanism of mold closing/opening-core insert/pull-knocking out independently invented by Jinsu as a fruit of years of research and development, which is the first-ever both within and outside China, has been patent protected and obtained the innovation fund from the Ministry of Science & Technology (M.O.S.T.). This mechanism enables core insert/pull at the same time of mold clamping/opening, contributing to the consistency and stableness of core insert/pull. Compared with traditional core insert/pull mechanism by means of cylinder, it saves the time for mold mounting/dismounting,shortens the injection cycle time, reduces the oil and power consumption and is safer and more environment-friendly, contributing to the directly increasing of the production efficiency by 20%.
